Oklahoma City, Oklahoma- Maxcess International, a global leader in innovative products and services for the web handling industry, has signed a purchase agreement to acquire the Guiding Systems Business from Fives North American Combustion, Inc. . Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, the Fives North American Guiding Systems Business will integrate with Fife Guiding Systems, under the Bertram Capital-owned Maxcess.
